RETURNS
We want you to feel completely at ease in our pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it:
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear panties are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All other items are eligible for exchange or store credit.
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Please contact us at hello@essentialsthelabel.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
To make returns easier for our European customers, returns can be sent to a German return address.
The return address will be provided to you after you contact us via email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

All styles follow standard EU sizing, but minor variations can occur due to cut, fabric, or design.
